Touch Therapy Express

This package targets all the touch points in the body to release stress. We start with a foot ritual that includes a hot foot compress followed by a reflex touch point ritual to induce relaxation. This is then followed by a customised back massage to release tension and improve wellness. We then finish this experience with a hot coconut oil scalp massage to melt any tension away and promote a good sleep.
